This is proper South Indian heat, we marinate our beef overnight in yogurt and spices before cooking it down with caramelised onions and our Madras spice blend featuring dried chilies, curry leaves, and mustard seeds. The sauce is dark, glossy, and packs enough punch to make you reach for that lassi.
